January 27, 28, 29 and 30th!

I check my  space everyday and I can't believe I forgot to blog!  I get so into viewing everyone's space that I log out and forget mine!  Ha!  Well, my husband and I are going to the gym in a few minutes, so I guess I will have tylenol in my future!  Been sticking to my points diligently, so my weigh in will be on Sunday.  Hopefully my graph will change for the better!  Keep trucking, fellow losers!

Holy Crush!

Confused  OUCH!  I just came from the gym where they just put me on 15 minutes of cardio and showed me the circuit training machines ( I did two sets of 12-20 reps) and I feel like cooked noodles!  Wow!  My muscles are still twitching!  Maybe this will help with the extra pounds!

Finally joined a gym!

Got a great deal with Gold's Gym!  They do a special for teachers!  My husband joined both of us and I start tomorrow.  HE will try and get in as much as possible, but it will be harder for him.  I plan on taking a body pump class.  I wonder how that will go!  Hopefully it will jump start my weight loss again, as I am at a stand still.  We shall see.  Love to all!Red heart

My Birthday...

Birthday cakeWell, the day went well.  My husband took me out to dinner and I had a small steak with a plain potato and some steamed broccoli.  I had saved up my points for that.  I turned down dessert and went for some coffee instead.   Now that my dinner is down, my daughter is going to help me with my dance video.  It's 10 pm already, so I hope I don't have trouble falling asleep afterwards!  I will embed my video in tomorrow's frog blog!  Night night!

Hey! I did it first!

I know all of you just saw the Pink team go home, but next week they are breaking up the losing team!  That is what just happened to me!  But I am not going to let that bring me down!  I am more determined than ever!  So keep up the great work and I will stick right by each and every one of you!

All Alone...

Disappointed  Due to excessive workload on my husband's part, I am now alone in this.  Well, I guess I can't really say I'm alone since I have so many of you rooting me on!  I just can't pressure him into this at this time.  I just wish he had said NO from the beginning.  Then I could have found someone else to join me.  I'm bummed.  Oh well, 212 degrees!  That is my mantra!

Eeek! Superbowl is Coming up!

I'm going to have a challenging two weeks!  My b-day, and the superbowl!  My husband has invited some friends over and they are all bringing something.  So far, I have been able to ward off any snack attacks so I hope I can continue doing so.  My youngest caught the flu this weekend so I haven't been able to go for my walk, but I have been practicing my "dance" for my video post on Wednesday!  I am so looking forward to those of you who will join me!  Being able to laugh at yourself is one of the healthiest things we can do, mentally, that is.  Wink  Everyone have a loser week!  xoxoxoxox

Talking about Abby's Birthday!

  You may want to upload to a site like youtube before adding it to your site.  It makes it easier, at least for me.  However, I never post anything on youtube for the entire public to view.  This way, only "big losers" get to view the videos!  Good luck in your creativity at burning off the buns!

Blog Troubles...

Well, my computer was acting up the last couple of days and I couldn't get on.  This stuff is so addicting and I was having blog withdrawals!  Disappointed  Have a doctor's appt today so I hope the scale in his office is working correctly!  Office scales always seem to add a few pounds!  I have been walking diligently these past couple of days and have not strayed from my alloted points for food.  We shall see what the doc has to say!  Toodles!

It's Biggest Loser Day!

It's Tuesday!  Biggest Loser Day!!!  My youngest daughter has basketball practice right in the middle of the show, so I have to go take her and DVR the show.  No biggy, at least I can fast forward through the commercials!  Wink  Hope all is going well for all of you!

I got some exercise in!!!

Well, I got to go for a nice power walk!  The weather was nice but it is changing in the coming days.  I'm thinking of getting some type of DVD workout but am unsure which to buy.  If you all have any great ideas, let me know!  My husband started his moonlighting job today, so he is not here at this time (5:27 pm central).  He won't be in until midnight or later.  Ughhh.  I hate this time of year.  Crying

One Week down...Many to Go!

Well, 9 pounds lighter, I can actually say I am so MOTIVATED!  I know this is all water weight, but still....Tongue out...hopefully I can maintain a 2-3 pound loss weekly.  My husband didn't really work at it at all.  HE did change some of his eating habits and lost 3 pounds.  It will be hard for him in the coming months because he will be working part time for his CPA brother during TAX season.  He gets so grouchy Baring teeth  during this time that it will be hard for me to communicate with him.  He gets up at 6 am to commute 30 minutes to his teaching job, then comes home to go work for his brother until 1 sometimes 3 in the morning!  I am literally a TAX widow until April 15th!  Hopefully I can keep him motivated and "stress free" during this time......HA!  Pray for us!

Exercise...

Well, exercise seems to be eluding both of us at this time.  The new exercise center was way too expensive for us, so we are on our own.  I think I am going to just stick to walking when I can and then after I lose some weight, we may look into other alternatives.

My food reviews-1st edition

I wanted to share some food reviews with you all.  I just had WW double chocolate cake (4 points) and it is soooooooooooooooo delicious!Red heart  Their chicken enchilada suiza is also top on my list!  I can hardly wait to taste some of their newer creations.  If you all know of a great one, or a bad one, please let me know!  Tah for now!

two more days until my first weigh in!

Today was rather good.  I even had a slice of pizza.  It's hard to stop at just one, though.  I will be taking a walk around my neighborhood this evening to burn off a couple of points.  On another note, it's nice to have some "friends" now.  It seems to be keeping me motivated to do well.  It's like I don't want to disappoint my new buddies!  Anything to keep me on track is fine with me!

Wow! Found an awesome restaurant!

Open-mouthed  We have a restaurant in the city my husband works in, (it's only 20 minutes away) that has a full menu of weight watcher meals!  Homemade stuff!  He brought me a green chili burger with some tortilla soup and it only had 7 points!  I walked a mile today and got blood flowing to parts of my body I didn't even know existed!  Itchy itchy!  I still have points left for some dessert!  Woo woo!

Oops...

Disappointed  Well, I guess dinner wasn't what I should have had, but I am in this with my husband and both of us get home tired and we sometimes make bad choices for dinner.  I need to do something about our exercise.
